Most private label sellers on Amazon are quietly flatlining.
They’re still doing what worked in 2021:
Slapping a logo on a generic product.
Copying bestsellers word for word.
Launching with giveaways and auto-PPC.
Hoping the algorithm favors them.
But here’s the truth in 2025: That playbook is outdated! But not because the fundamentals have changed, but because too many sellers are playing blind.
Amazon Is Not a Discovery Engine. It’s a Demand Capture Platform.
People don’t browse Amazon to discover new needs. They already know what they want. They type it in, compare 3-5 listings, and buy the one that looks like the best value.
That’s it.
So if your listing isn’t:
Positioned clearly in the category
Competitive in quality vs. price
Filling a real gap that exists between "cheap" and "premium"
...then you're just another option in a sea of sameness.
What We Actually Teach (and What Still Works)

That means:
Reverse-engineering what the top sellers are doing
Identifying niches where there's a clear gap in the middle
And building products that hit the "affordable premium" zone: high perceived value, 10–15% less than the most expensive option
We’re not guessing. We’re validating.
Instead of spending months building content, branding, and running top-of-funnel campaigns… we start where the action is. On Amazon. Where people are ready to buy.
And from there, we test, iterate, and improve based on real data, not assumptions.
So Why Are So Many Sellers Still Stalling?
Because they fall into two traps:
They blindly copy top sellers without understanding why those listings work
They try to reinvent the wheel with new products no one is searching for
Neither works.
The ones who are thriving in 2025 are:
Studying the landscape like analysts
Launching with calculated positioning
And using Amazon's algorithm to capture existing buyer demand
Not building funnels. Not running influencer campaigns. Not storytelling their way to the top. There’s a time and place for that, but that won’t get you started on the right foot.
What should you do then?
Just solve one simple equation: What are people already buying? And where can I offer something just a little better (or a little smarter) at a better value? That’s it!
