The tool equips you with invaluable return insights to inform your product design strategies and proactively mitigate returns.

When you log into Seller Central, access the Product Opportunity Explorer and navigate to the Returns Tab, you'll discover:
Checklist with solid fill Return Insights: Gain access to the top 10 return topics identified from customer feedback, along with the corresponding percentage mentions over the past 6 months for your selected niche.
Downward trend graph with solid fill Return Trends: Analyze return trends (past 6 months) to identify reasons for your returns, such as, seasonal factors impacting returns within your niche. Additionally, it will help gauge ongoing trends to make informed product design decisions for lasting customer satisfaction.
